Due to the enthusiastic help of staff at the Brecon Beacons National Park and hopefully the efforts of visitors to Open Farm Sunday at Court Farm, Llanthony on 17th June we will be taking more wool ‘sausages’ up onto the hill on 1st July.
With sufficient people we will also be collecting seed to have propagated in order to plant extra lines next year. It is about an hour and half steady up hill walk to Pen Trumau and the woollen lines. The time we spend up there is always weather dependent but is usually no more than an hour after which we return to tea and delicious, locally made cake at the start point. So if you can spare the time please come along and add your mark to help repair the mountain scar.
If you would like to help do get in touch, full details of start time and location nearer the time.
