Despite sightings of a red glider last Thursday it was in fact only a relative of Snoopy, however here are some images from Robbie Robertson pilot of the indomitable vintage ‘bird’ . However even since these images were taken the lines have grown a little further. Today 5 of us climbed up to finish pegging the wool carried up last week.
The new lines, following their own anarchic way, that you are looking at are the result of the hard work of over 80 volunteers and the sweat of 12 of the willing horses from Tregoyd Mountain Riding Centre. There is still a little more wool to be taken up and pegged down but it will need to wait awhile for organising.
In the meantime thanks to everyone who has helped and of course Snoopy.
